Born in one of the Worlds real estate Mecca’s; New York City I found my passion for real estate at a young age. When I moved to Toronto my passion was reignited in a whole new direction. I was inspired by Toronto’s colorful neighborhoods, communities, and people.


Toronto is a strong place for my clients to build their houses, Condos, and investments. It’s a place that is on a steady incline and I’m honored to help you in taking the first step in finding your perfect property.

Jonathan has been instrumental in my search for a condo in Toronto. Not only did he organize for me to view several units on short notice, but he also took his time to give me some great advice based on his experience and on market conditions. Jonathan was very responsive, polite, and simply a joy to work with. He was very flexible and went out of his way to accommodate me as I was out of town throughout the entire process. He showed me videos of units, did research and prepared all the required documentation on short notice. He also offered to assist with various matters such as picking up the keys and submitting the deposits on my behalf given that I was out of town.
